As President, Lindon A. Crow brings to Productive Learning over 7,000 hours of training, facilitating and coaching experience in the personal/professional development and emotional intelligence arenas. Since joining Productive Learning in 2010, Lindon has helped over 2,500 clients achieve higher levels of emotional awareness, self-mastery and personal fulfillment.

​Lindon has lead over 40 types of workshops and trainings focusing on a myriad of topics including conscious leadership, conflict resolution, dynamics of money and relationships, mind in business, productive communication and many more. Lindon has also facilitated over 4,000 hours of coaching and support for individuals and teams in the real estate, financial services and health care industries.

Industry Experience and Training

​Prior to his role as President, Lindon completed Productive Learning’s Training Program underneath the leadership of Lindon O. Crow and veteran trainers Betty Jo Waxman and Susan Mayginnes. The two year in-depth training program required commitment to both the theoretical and practical applications of the work completed by industry leaders in both neurobiology and psychology.  


During his time at Productive Learning, Lindon was trained under the guidance of Dr. Victoria Stevens whose expertise in the field of Creative Intelligence, leadership and imagination is regarded as cutting edge in the field of psychology.  


​Lindon received a Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, completing a minor in religious studies.

Personal Endeavors

Lindon lives with his beautiful wife Cassie and soon-to-be child in Southern Orange County. He and his wife are avid travelers, some of their favorites including India, New Orleans, Hawaii, Peru and more. Lindon is also an experienced mountain biker, snowboarder and volleyball player.
